Cards From Baseball Cards Come to Life!

I'm not the recipient of too many PWE's so when an envelope from Oceanside, NY showed up in the mailbox it was a pleasant surprise.  Bo of Baseball Cards Come to Life! fame sent a few cards for my set builds, which is much appreciated.


First up is a quartet of 71's.  As luck would have it I just bought the top two cards (NL Strikeout Leaders and Jackie Hernandez) at the card show last weekend so those will end up as trade bait.  The bottom two will be added to the set build.  This gets me down to needing only 36 cards to complete the 1971 set!


Next up are are six cards for my 1970 set build - all needs.  Only 146 more cards to go!


Finally Bo included 8 cards for my 1969 set build (all needs).  This set is lagging behind the others at only 63% complete, so these cards are very much appreciated.

    Bo hooks up the vintage. Love that 71T NL Strikeout Leaders card. I think it's cool when all of the players on a leaders card are hall of famers.

    Koosman, Bando, CARDS, and the strikeout leaders alone would be an impressive lot. Bo has so many cool vintage cards. Nice to see him send a handful your way.
