Crocodile Blogoversary!

It's another Crocodile anniversary today!  Year 2 of the blog has been great and I aim to make year 3 better.  It's been fun writing about my collection and trading with others, but one of the best things this blog does is help me stay on track when it comes to completing sets.  I always have my phone handy at card shows and the easy access to my set needs has been incredibly valuable.

Another valuable asset of the blog has been anyone who takes their time to read this!  It is appreciated and I try to reward readers with occasional giveaways.  Speaking of which, according to recent stats my original Nonsports Nonsense post has been supplanted by the 1993 Post giveaway as the most popular post! In case you missed it, I still have some of those sets available.

Even though I didn't quite reach my goal of hitting the 200 post mark in year 2, I'm still celebrating by giving away a box of cards! Yep, this is a 200 count box, loaded with cards from all sports (the majority is baseball).

If you want in for this giveaway, say so in the comments.  One lucky winner will get this box of cards in time for Christmas!

And for anyone that takes time out of their day to read this blog, thank you!

  1. Happy 2nd! Hope you reach 200 posts soon. It took me 3 years to reach 200 posts so you're well ahead of a lot of us.

I'll take a shot at the 200 cards box. Thanks for the giveaway. Looking forward to reading your year 3 posts!

  6. Congrats on the anniversary (but count me out for the contest as I probably have too many cards as it is)!

  7. Congratulations on the anniversary! I'm glad I found your blog and know that you are a fellow Minnesotan. We are actually not very many miles apart. It would be cool to be a part of the Christmas giveaway opportunity. Something cool during a Minnesota winter is actually good because the weather is COLD! Keep up the great and interesting content.

  8. Congratulations on your anniversary. I admire anyone who has the talent, and time, to create and maintain a blog. I always enjoy reading, and entering contests.
(For some reason I can’t seem to enter a comment except as Anonymous. Frustrating.)
    Congratulations again.

  10. Happy anniversary! Congratulations on 2 years! I really enjoy your blog... and truly appreciate the free set of Post you sent my way. As for the contest... it's much appreciated too and I'm really curious to see what's in the box. But I'll pass on entering and keep my fingers crossed that one day I'll read someone's blog announcing they won :D.

  13. Well done, Crocodile! I'm trying to keep from adding too many cards to my collection at the moment, so I'll pass on the giveaway, but it's very generous of you. Here's to the next year of crocodile blogging.

  15. Happy belated anniversary! It's really hard to believe that two years have passed so quickly. Seems like just yesterday that you were the new kid on the block.

And like a few others, I'm trying to limit the getting of anymore random cards, so I'll sit on the sidelines during your giveaway.
